- Install or remove hurricane shutters.
- Secure outdoor furniture and loose items.
- Arrange for additional pre- and post-storm services as needed.
Primary Contact/Key Holder
- Meet contractors/others as needed.
Vehicle Service
- Ensure vehicle inactivity does not cause problems with tires, battery, fuel or moisture.
- Start and run according to homeowner requirements.
Concierge Services
- Grocery shopping and stocking the refrigerator.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance.
Pre-Arrival and Post-Departure Services
- Prepare the home for your return (turn on utilities, stock essentials)
- Household trash removal, preparing home for homeowner absence.
Custom Inspections
- Specialized inspections as requested (e.g., for specific items or concerns).
