Below is a list of Standard Exterior Services included in our base pricing.
Standard Services can be performed weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Any service can be tailored to an individual homeowner’s needs.
EXTERIOR SERVICES
Exterior Home Condition and Security
- Ensure all doors and windows are secure.
- Inspect for signs of forced entry.
- Inspect roof and gutters from ground level for obvious damage or issues.
- Check for evidence of pest activity.
- Ensure outdoor water sources are off.
Lawn and Landscape
- Schedule home check following performance of outdoor services (landscaping, yard cleanup, snow removal) to ensure satisfactory work is done.
- Report any visible damage to plants or trees.
- Visual Inspection of perimeter of property or fence line.
Pool and Spa
- Inspect for visible damage or leaks
Exterior Lighting
- Test outdoor lights.
- Replace bulbs as necessary (bulbs not included).
Mail and Package Collection
- Remove materials that demonstrate non-occupancy.
- Collect and hold mail/packages or forward as requested.
Generator
- Inspect and test generator.
Garage
- Check for issues inside and that doors are functioning properly.
